While in Cape Breton I met a local fisherman named Gordie. I let him take some shots with my lens and in exchange he offered to take me out on his boat for a better view of the boys surfing. He’s been here 35 years and he’s never seen a soul surf this spot. We had a beer with him after and decided to name this left after him.
